- MIT OpenCourseWare* (Partners in the development of eduCommons and OCWs, and OLS)
- Notre Dame OpenCourseWare* (COSL provides hosting for Notre Dame OCW)
- Utah State University OpenCourseWare* (COSL manages Utah State University OpenCourseWare and provides hosting for USU OCW)
- Utah OCW Alliance* (COSL manages the Utah OCW ALliance, an informal network of public Utah universities, and hosts UOCWA OpenCourseWare)
- Teachers Without Borders* (COSL is developing the next generation Teachers Without Borders social network and provides general technical assistance)
