Add MIT OCW Content Package application profile as supported import/export type.

Motivation
One of the challenges users face is being able to re-use MIT content (without the skin), a MIT OCW CP import/export, would allow users to either create derivative works or use eduCommons to clean MIT OCW content.
Proposal
Add MIT OCW content packages as a supported content type in the content packaging product.
Implementation
The IMS Transport Tool should include a flag for the MIT CP. During the transformation of data files, the MIT 'chrome' shall be stripped, so that only the actual content is entered into an eduCommons content object.
If available, metadata and navigation for each object should also be generated as well.
