Create a framework that allows either editing of page content templates or, if this is not possible, insertion of reusable HTML snippets into content. These snippets should be user-modifiable.

Motivation

It would be very helpful to be allow course producers to add and modify their own page templates. If this is not possible, insertion of reusable, editable HTML snippets into content pages would be another alternative.

Proposal

Create a framework that allows either editing of page content templates or, if this is not possible, insertion of reusable HTML snippets into content. These snippets should be user-modifiable.
